The Floating House is one of the residences by 1100 Architect acquired by Infinite Development Group in 2025.

Set within three wooded acres, the house offered architectural clarity and a much larger opportunity. Its compact footprint, elevated presence and relationship to the surrounding landscape made it an important asset within the future of the property.

The next phase will preserve the character of the original architecture while reconsidering its connection to the land.
